All flight bookings are subject to availability and weather.

Minimum passenger numbers apply to all flights

​

Aircraft have weight restrictions. Barrington Coast Helitours can request to weigh passengers and luggage prior to boarding the Helicopter.

​

Maximum seat weight is 136kg for aircraft operated by Barrington Coast Helitours .

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

Flights cancelled due to weather conditions that cannot be rescheduled will be fully refunded. 

​

Flights cancelled 48hrs prior to the scheduled departure time will be fully refunded

​

Flights canceled between 48hrs prior to 24hrs prior to the scheduled departure time will be refunded 50% of the booking fee. 

​

Flights cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will not be refunded. 

​

Gift certificates will not be refunded
